… if you want to discover places you wouldn’t discover on your own…“My experience with Zoltan was fantastic! With was very easy to communicate with him. In order to get the best photos, he suggested the best time to start the experience and made an itinerary accordingly to my expectations. Through the experience his photography tips were spot on and I’ve learned a lot about the Hungarian history, he always had interesting facts to share about the places we visited to shoot. That made the tour special!! On the end he also gave me tips on spots I could visit on my own, and the best times to see them! Besides that, after the experience was over, he was he was kind enough to reply to me when I had doubts about the best way to book a tour to the parliament! If you’re wondering whether to do this, I would definitely recommend you do!“We did the photo tour on our first morning in Budapest and it was a great way to start our trip, see some of the sights and get our bearings. I’ve had a DSLR for a few years and never really figured out how to use it in manual mode but Zoltan taught us the basics. He was calm and helpful at suggesting improvements to pictures. Would recommend!”

… had a great time“I chose the evening tour and had a great time. We went to some of the major sites but in a way that was easier than if you go as a tourist and don’t know your way. I took photos with only my phone, but Zoltan was so kind and brought a different camera. I wasn’t feeling adventurous enough to try the other camera, but if you were, it’s kind of great that he’s so thoughtful that way. Zoltan was also really cool about telling you about the places, the history, etc. He’s very professional. Don’t think twice if you’re a solo woman traveler.
I went in October, and it’s a bit chilly. You may want to bring an extra layer in case you get cold easily like I do. Also, double check you batteries on camera and the such. I would definitely do this tour though if you like taking pictures.”

many nice hidden spots“Personally I love taking photos and local experiences. It was very enjoyable and fun-learning experience of the arts, cultures and history of Budapest city with the perspective of photography.
Not only did he shared his strong & professional knowledge on photography such as compositions, settings and etc.., he also explained a lot on the history of Budapest buildings. This tour is definitely worth it as Zoltan will bring you to many nice hidden spots for photography. I would suggest you begin the tour early morning to avoid the tourist crowd if you really want to take a nice picture. I also really appreciate the flexibility of the tour and time based on my preference. Last but not least, I enjoy connecting with local people by having brunch with Zoltan. Highly recommend for those who like to shoot!”

my stay in Budapest extra special!!!“Zoltan was amazing! I signed up for this since I had previously done few photoshoot tours and wanted to try taking photos myself this time around. I couldn’t have asked for a better tour than this. At start, Zoltan gave us (we were 2 guys) some basics of professional photography, he was patient with our noob queries and considerate of our ‘beginner’s excitement’. He was able to provide tips with both mobile cam and SLR, he infact had one on him which he allowed me to use to get a better understanding. He took us to some amazing spots with spectacular night views and gave us tips to take ideal shot (lighting, location, settings et. al.) I was surprised at the difference of the photo that I took before and after having taken Zoltan’s advise. I’m glad I joined this trip, it really made my stay in Budapest extra special!!!
